About:
Dr. Nourahmed enjoys doing a wide range of dental procedures and is always looking to learn new advances in dentistry through continuing education. From Invisalign and cosmetic dentistry, to eliminating dental pain, she really enjoys it all!
Dr. Nourahmed joined Bettendorf Dental in 2017 because of its reputation of excellence and exceptional patient care. She believes a good dentist is a skilled dentist that is as focused on the technical outcome as on the patient’s overall comfort. Skill and compassion should go hand in hand when treating patients. Her philosophy is simple; to strive each day to be the dentist she would choose for herself or her family.
When not caring for patients, Dr. Nourahmed spends her time with her husband and their two children. She enjoys traveling, cooking, reading, watching her kids play sports (especially soccer) and going on long bike rides.

About:
Dr. Hansen attended the University of Iowa studying Psychology and Pre-Dentistry. He was admitted into Dental School after only 3 years of undergraduate studies, as part of the Deferred Admit Program, due to his interviews, test scores and aptitude.
Dr. Hansen became a dentist because he was always interested in science and knew he wanted to help others— and growing up with a father who was a dentist, he understood how important teeth and oral health are, and saw the positive impact his father had on people’s lives. Once he took a Jewelry and Metalworking class in high school and had a chance to work with his hands— he knew dentistry, with its blend of science, art, and healthcare, was the right career for him.
His goal is to give patients beautiful and healthy smiles to improve their quality of life and self confidence. He focuses on preventative and restorative dentistry, and enjoys relieving pain and restoring tooth form and function. With his background as a yoga teacher, sound healer, and Reiki Master— Dr. Hansen provides individualized, compassionate, and energetically soothing dental care – not only polishing your teeth, but your spirit as well! He takes great pride in providing dental services FOR you, not TO you.
In his free time he enjoys yoga, Reiki, and sound healing. Being outside, gardening, cycling, traveling, and dogs are also passions of his. Having Celiac Disease, and thus being gluten free, he is also very interested in nutrition and cooking.
